The main equipment is two full-line coil grinding oil (Maximum size of width -1600MM), three sub-finishing lines and three fly cut flat-line finishing.Among all the production equipment, CNC (1600W) coil-wide oil mill grinding machine is the most representative. Besides, all oil-based abrasive technology can reduce panel deformation caused by high grinding temperature. Synchronous double-faced lapping can meet the requirements of a variety of surfaces. For instance, our equipment can grind out HL surface, snow surface(NO.4 \ NO.6), SB surface, etc.And the oil mill not only can polish the stainless steel surfaces, but also it can provide more advantage on the quality and service life than those grinded by general scrub.Our company has adopted advanced technology and equiped lots of imported equipment, such as sub-section shearing device, to satisfy customers' needs in line with specifications.We do our utmost to make our company be synonymous with the metal finishing industry.
